The holiday apartment, which occupies the upper floor of our family home, is situated at a preferred location on a sunny hillside 50 m above Immenstadt.
You can walk to the town square and the railway station (1.3 km) in less than 10 minutes, and to the "Kleiner Alpsee" lake and swimming pool in 20 minutes.
Also, on weekdays you can get to all major destinations using the public transit bus.
Just minutes away you will find scenic hiking trails leading to the “Kleiner Alpsee” and “Grosser Alpsee” lakes. On these easy-to-walk trails across hilly pastures and past the Hugofels and Rothenfels castle ruins you will enjoy the lush summer meadows, the colourful autumn foliage landscape, or the fairy winter wonderland.
