• You can walk to the valley station of the chair lift to the “Mittag” mountain in 15 minutes. Here you'll find wonderful hiking routes in the “Nagelfluhkette” nature reserve.
• The house is located at the triathlon route.
• The cycling track “Iller Radweg” with its total length of nearly 150 km from “Neu-Ulm” to “Oberstdorf” passes through the outskirts of Immenstadt.
